Don't drag Buhari into judges' arrest - Presidency
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, said President Muhammadu Buhari would be the last person to authorise anybody to induce a Judge to pervert the course of justice.
Malam Shehu recalled that, despite his personal familiarity with some court Judges, the President had never used that familiarity to seek favours from them from 2003, 2007 and 2011 when he was challenging the fairness of the presidential election results during the periods in question.

“That is from Sahara Reporters. I don’t know where they get their news from. I stood for the election, I visited every local government in Nigeria, I travelled by road, by air, and so on, and we had one of the most credible election. President Mahama Confers Adenuga With Ghana's Highest Civilian Honour
Globacom Chairman, Dr. Mike Adenuga Jr, has been awarded Ghana’s highest civil award, the Companion of the Star of Ghana (CSG).
President Mahama said Dr Adenuga was honoured for his “unique and outstanding contribution to business enterprise both in Ghana and the continent of Africa at large.”
“Through your creative business exertions, you have touched many lives in Ghana. You have provided employment for our teeming youth, artists, footballers and many more. I am particularly proud of you. This award is our way of saying a simple Thank You,” the President said.

Michael Legge, a factory worker from Britain has been growing his beard for six whole years and now the facial hair measures over 2ft.
He has retained his title for the country’s longest beard at the British Beard and Moustache Championships in Liverpool, an award he first won in 2014. He has also come in at seventh place in an international competition.

This sad incident happened in Abuja recently. According to the story being told by her close friends, the lady pictured above is the proprietress of a school, Chelsea International School in Abuja. She was allegedly kidnapped by her driver and some of his friends, raped and then buried in a shallow grave.
Investigations by the police led to the arrest of the said driver and his friends. They led the police to the shallow grave where they dumped her body. Her remains was later exhumed. See more photos and the sad video after the cut.

Erosion collapses Cameroon highway into two, leaves travelers stranded (Photos)
Many travelers were seen stranded after heavy downpour which led to erosion divided the Yaounde- Douala road situated about 70KM from Boumnyebel.
The erosion which took place today, have seen several journey cancelled, while the stranded travelers have been posting photos on social media, where a huge white truck can also be seen struck to the divided highway.

Presidency confirms the release of 21 kidnapped Chibok girls, names to released soon
"It is confirmed that 21 of the missing Chibok Girls have been released and are in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS. The Director-General, Malam Lawal Daura just finished briefing the President H.E Muhammadu Buhari. The release of the girls, in a limited number is the outcome of negotiations between the administration and the Boko Haram, brokered by the International Red Cross and the Swiss government. The negotiations will continue.
