Founder of iRokoTV, Jason Njoku, announced that password-sharing is no longer allowed.
On Tuesday, April 4, 2017, Jason Njoku announced that password-sharing is no longer allowed.
This new development automatically makes password sharing among friends and family impossible.
The
announcement sent users on the Internet into a panic, as people freaked
out that they might not be able to use their friend's password.

What
the new development means is that no two persons can stream from the
same account at the same time. This means that you can share your
password, but you just can't be online at the same time with whoever
you're sharing the password with.
Pulse reached out to Iroko TV to
inquire about their plans to create a Family Pan. Unfortunately, there
are no plans yet for a plan that can accommodate more than one person on
one account.
Iroko TV, which is owned by Jason Njoku is one of the most affordable streaming platforms in Nigeria.
