Celebrities came out in droves for 'The Falz Experience', Falz's annual show at Eko Hotel and Suites and we have put together a list of the best dressed celebrities on the red carpet.
The show was a roaring success and the venue was reportedly packed full of eager fans and Falz did not disappoint with an action packed show. However, the real action was on the red carpet.
Take a look at the best looks of the night and read why these chosen few got crowned the best dressed.
Toke Makinwa
If you threw an event and Toke didn't attend, did it really happen? Luckily for us, Toke always brings the glitz and glamour. The pint-sized media star wore a gorgeous sequin rainbow tuxedo dress and in typical Toke style, added some to- die-for designer goodies. Her Azzedine Alaia heels and YSL tassle evening bag gave us definite accessory envy.
This guest nailed it with this cute ankara wrap dress and glittery tennis shoes. We love the print on this ankara dress and the colour combo. The dress is a great length and is versatile, she could have worn heels or sneakers and still made this look work but the glittery tennis shoes are a great combination of smart casual.
Adunni Ade
Adunni gave an otherwise dull grey outfit a boost by adding some cute heels. We love the frill accents on her top and although we would have liked to see an injection of colour, Adunni looks relaxed without compromising on her signature sex appeal.
We absolutely love this guest's floral, frilly shorts. These shorts are so versatile and can be dressed up with a crisp white shirt and some pumps or worn as she has with a simple jersey top and strappy heels. The hat and glasses add some much needed edge to an otherwise cutesy outfit.
DJ Spinall
DJ Spinall is giving us Ronald McDonald vibes in this statement colour combo but as usual, the DJ manages to pull of the outlandish fit. We love the fact that Spinall does not shy away from bright patterns and colour. His style is interesting and his clothes always well-fitted and of course, no look would be complete without his signature cap.
We love the combination of textures in this guest's outfit. The sheer, frilly off- the-shoulder coupled with the velvet frilly skirt is an unusual combo but somehow it works. We are glad she went for some plain white tennis shoes to finish off the look, any other style of shoe would have complicated the whole look.
Stephanie Coker
Stephanie Coker took to the red carpet amongst rumours of her husband's arrest but if the media star was feeling down she did not let it show and was ever the professional as she interviewed a number of celebrities. She scored even more points for her colourful, flirty look. We loved the exaggerated off- the-shoulder ankara wrap top paired with the bright orange flares. On any other person, this look might be too garish but trust Stephanie to pull it back from the brink.
Bolanle Olukanni
Fresh from the debut of her documentary 'God's wives', Bolanle is riding high. The beautiful Ebonylife TV host let her hair down and went for a cute and casual look. She paired a monochrome statement top with a flirty red mini and white tennis shoes. Bolanle always gets the memo when it comes to the tone of an event, she's never over or under-dressed and for a young, fun night like 'The Falz Experience, she hit the nail on the head.
Adekunle Gold
We cannot get enough of Adekunle Gold's laid-back style. Some male celebrities have a tendency to overdo in a bid to be noticed but Adekunle doesn't fight for the spotlight and always looks like he's there to just have a good time. We love the burgundy and navy blouse and dark blue jeans combo. Also, who can resist suede boots on a man?! A perfect way to finish off the outufit.
